Andy Carr Harvesting Manager Key Strengths/Jobs at Barnes & Associates: Andy prepares timber sale bids and subsequently administers these contracts based on each client’s long term management plan. Andy ensures compliance with all applicable forest practice rules including stream buffers, protection of endangered species and high landslide hazard locations. He is also responsible for road construction, maintenance projects and log and haul cost estimates for over 80,000 acres of timberlands managed out of the Coos Bay office. Andy’s experience assures we match the right equipment to the right project at the right time so our client’s needs are met at the best value. Certifications:

Description of Work Experience: Andy began his career in the timber industry in 1993. He has worked for both logging, road construction and timberland management companies. Prior to taking a position as a contract logging supervisor, he worked for a heavy construction contractor operating mobile cranes and other heavy equipment on major construction projects across the western United States.
